ShoWorks User Conference & Training
Buffalo Bill Center of the West
Cody, Wyoming
April 15th-17th
2026
We invite you and your staff to join us this spring for a
3-day intense
training workshop on ShoWorks. This conference is open to all
ShoWorks users regardless of their experience level
- from those who have never laid eyes on the software, to the advanced user
seeking to discover new ways to improve and streamline their efficiencies within
the program. Every aspect of the program from A to Z will be explored in an
auditorium followed by a classroom setting, totaling 14 hours of instructional
time, all within the world-class and famous Buffalo Bill Center of the West!
"I had several people from other fairs peeking over my shoulder last week. I told them how valuable the conferences were to helping me understand what the program can do. Being a volunteer who doesn't play with my program on a weekly or even monthly basis, your instruction and the break out sessions were so very helpful. The Conference helped me understand ShoWorks and Short-Course helped me really lock it in."
- Jennifer Kisling, Northwest District Junior Livestock Show (OK)

- FAQs:
-
What version of ShoWorks will this cover?
We will be using the latest/current version of ShoWorks -
Should I bring my laptop?
We will be covering a lot of ground and moving at a pace that, for most, is not condusive to be shifting your attention between your laptop and what is being presented and therefore it is not recommended to bring your laptop to class but you are welcome to. -
What skill level is this for?
The classroom is quite diverse. There will always be skill levels at both extreems - from those who have never used ShoWorks, to the seasoned experts who are looking for additional tips. We target the material for the novice who has at least either ran ShoWorks before, or watched the training videos. We try to accomodate the majority while also giving benefit to both extreemes. -
I don't know yet if I can make it. Can you hold a seat for me, invoice me, or refund if I have to cancel?
Unfortunately due to the limited seating and guaranteed sell-out of registration, we cannot offer refunds and payment must be made at the time of registration so that others have an opportunity for a guaranteed seat. - Up-To-Date Conference status:
